Acceptance of Terms

Limitation of Liability

niceph22 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. niceph22 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, delays, or inaccuracies in information displayed. Our total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
